Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Manager (Female) to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payments.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external auditors when required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
