Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. They should possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and a strategic mindset to support the company's financial health and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external) and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to improve financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff to ensure productivity and growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
  • In-depth understanding of corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
