Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Manager (Female) to support our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally/ERP systems.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-ups.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment and billing queries.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and digital records securely.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
