Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Manager – Internship at Swifty9, located in Nashik. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in project management activities, expediting processes, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring timely execution of projects. Daily tasks will involve monitoring project timelines, supporting senior project managers, and ensuring all project-related activities are on schedule.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and update project Kanban boards.
  • Schedule and organise meetings across teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to make sure everyone's on track.
  • Track progress and follow up on tasks.
  • Help create simple reports and summaries.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar.
  • Proactive attitude, someone who takes ownership and keeps things moving.
  • Available for at least 3 months (flexible up to 6 months).
