Reporting To: General Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and result-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead the execution of large-scale residential and commercial high-rise projects involving deep basements, multi-level podiums, extensive parking areas, and complex RCC superstructures.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, leadership acumen, and project management discipline to deliver projects from planning to handoverensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  1. Lead complete project execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual timelines.
  2. Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, ensuring milestone achievement.
  3. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors effectively to maximize productivity.
  4. Supervise and manage on-site activities including basement, podium, superstructure, and finishing stages.

2. Coordination & Communication

  1. Liaise with architects, consultants, structural, MEP, and vendor teams for seamless project coordination.
  2. Conduct regular progress and review meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
  3. Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and clearances from design, QA/QC, and client teams.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  1. Implement and monitor robust quality assurance systems at all stages of construction.
  2. Enforce strict adherence to EHS standards and environmental regulations.
  3. Review and approve method statements, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.

4. Cost & Budget Control

  1. Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and material/labor utilization to prevent overruns.
  2. Review and certify contractor bills, BOQs, and material reconciliations.
  3. Identify risks and deviations, and execute corrective or preventive measures.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure peak performance.
  2. Foster a performance-driven, quality-focused, and safety-conscious site culture.
  3. Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and promote skill enhancement initiatives.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  1. Prepare and present progress reports, MIS dashboards, and project summaries for management review.
  2. Maintain comprehensive records, drawings, and documentation for audits and future reference.

Candidate Profile

  1. 15–20 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial role leading high-rise or mixed-use developments.
  2. Strong expertise in basement and podium construction, RCC structures, waterproofing systems, and finishing coordination.
  3. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and large-scale teams under demanding timelines.
  6. Demonstrated record of on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
