Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Field Project Manager located in Nashik. The role includes overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and maintaining project-related documentation. The Assistant Field Project Manager will also handle field analysis, supervise on-site activities, monitor budgets, and address client queries or concerns in a proactive and professional manner.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure effective client interaction and satisfaction
  • Supervisory skills to manage team activities and ensure successful project execution
  • Proficiency in budgeting to manage and oversee project expenses
  • Focus on customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with security or surveillance system deployment is an advantage
  • A diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
