Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales & margin targets for the assigned division.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate monthly sell-out targets to stores and merchandisers, and ensure execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative tools, strategies, and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze detailed monthly sell-out reports by store and category.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions at the head-office level, covering agreements, new product listings, and price updates.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on the On-Trade channel (hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and related outlets).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, particularly with On-Trade customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and be based in Dubai, UAE.
