We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Manage day-to-day client communications and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, customer support, etc.) to deliver services smoothly.
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
Ensure timely payments, renewals, and compliance with company policies.
Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Contribute to achieving overall revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach.
Analytical skills to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
