Global Alliances and Partnerships LeaderGlobal Alliances & Partnership Leader will be responsible for Global engagement for GSI ecosystem accelerating Verdantis services and platform revenue through ecosystem development.Role DescriptionPartnership Strategy and Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy to drive business growth and market penetration for our SaaS applications.Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading services organizations (GSI), Big 4 and niche partners.Build and develop durable executive relationships, both globally and in the regions, resulting in a delighted partners and mutual customers.Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers at partner organizations.Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment of goals and fostering collaboration.Business Development:Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage partnership opportunities that align with company objectives and market needs.Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, joint sales efforts, and integrated solutions.Negotiation and Contracting:Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.Oversee the execution of partnership agreements and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.Market Insights and Reporting:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.Experience and Qualification:10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the following disciplines: business development/alliances;

partner sales at GlobalSAAS platform organization;

Big 4; GSI practice.At least 5 years of direct experience selling to, through and with leading GSIs, as-a-Service models and indirect sales motions in the US & Europe region.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field;

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and adaptabilityAbility to influence and build consensus with people across all levels and functions with a sense of urgency.
