- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading services organizations (GSIs), Big 4, and niche partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage partnership opportunities that align with company objectives and market needs.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, joint sales efforts, and integrated solutions.
- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in business development, alliances, or partner sales at a Global SAAS platform organization, Big 4, or GSI practice.
- At least 5 years of direct experience selling to, through, and with leading GSIs, as-a-Service models, and indirect sales motions in the US & Europe region.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and adaptability.
- Ability to influence and build consensus with people across all levels and functions with a sense of urgency.
