- Delivery and Facilitation:
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, and team exercises.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align training programs accordingly.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop specialized training content.
- L&D Administration:
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking training participation, progress, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Employee Development:
- Support career development initiatives by creating development plans, mentoring programs, and succession planning frameworks.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of emerging learning technologies and trends.
