Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of emerging learning technologies and trends.
