Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Technoidentity. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our learning and development initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy Development: Partner with business and technical leaders across teams to define challenges, identify learning gaps, and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Program Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver innovative, high-impact learning experiences tailored to target audiences, leveraging cutting-edge learning methodologies and technologies.
- Capability Building: Lead efforts to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future talent needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior leaders and stakeholders to advise on learning investment decisions and design approaches to meet strategic business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot bottlenecks in capability development, driving transformation and scaling learning solutions to achieve higher operational performance.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to building a culture of learning and knowledge institutionalization, ensuring that learning resources are well-integrated and accessible throughout the organization.
- Learning Culture Promotion: Foster a continuous learning environment by providing ongoing L&D courses, encouraging knowledge sharing, and promoting development initiatives across all teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in learning solution design with a solid understanding of Learning & Development frameworks and hands-on experience in managing learning tracks for engineers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex learning challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- L&D Expertise: Expertise in designing and implementing a wide range of learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and blended learning programs.
- Proven Ability: Proven ability to design learning programs for diverse teams addressing diverse needs and cultural contexts.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity with creativity and confidence.
