Job Description:

**Role Overview**
As a Learning and Development Specialist at Refining Skills Academy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture of our organization. The primary focus of this position is to assess organizational training needs, design development programs, and ensure they align with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify skill gaps and work closely with department heads to outline current capabilities and future learning needs.
  • Program Design & Development: Design training curricula and lesson plans that align with business objectives. Create learning paths and career frameworks to ensure clear development opportunities for employees.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate interactive training sessions and coordinate external trainers. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Develop tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs, analyze the results, and refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all training programs meet regulatory standards. Maintain accurate training records and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees in creating individual development plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic Planning: Align L&D initiatives with the company's strategic objectives and manage the training budget effectively.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years in learning and development, with expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and employee coaching.
  • Skills: Strong instructional design, project management, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in utilizing LMS and other digital learning tools.
  • Attributes: Passion for learning, creativity in program design, and a strategic mindset to align training initiatives with business goals.
