Product Offerings NJ Mutual Fund offers a limited but focused range of schemes across various categories, including: Equity Funds (e.G., NJ Flexi Cap Fund, NJ ELSS Tax Saver Scheme) Hybrid Funds (e.G., NJ Balanced Advantage Fund, NJ Arbitrage Fund) Debt Funds (e.G., NJ Overnight Fund) Current Scale: The company serves 3,88,058 investors and has Assets under Management (AUM) of ₹11,431 Cr (as of 30/09/2025, including MF and PMS products) To know more about AMC visit : To know more about Investment Philosophy visit : Job Role : Regional Manager - Sales for Mumbai Profile Summary: The Regional Manager (RM) for Mumbai region will be a key leader responsible for driving the business growth of NJ Mutual Fund and PMS products across the designated region. This strategic role involves a dual-focus: (1) leveraging the existing NJ Wealth Network and (2) significantly expanding the external channel by recruiting new Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Channel Sales Advisors. The RM will lead a team of Unit Managers to achieve aggressive net sales and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth targets, develop robust sales strategies, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: A. Sales & Business Development (Driving Revenue) Target Achievement: Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales and AUM growth targets for the Mumbai region. Channel Management (Dual Focus): Drive Mutual Fund and PMS sales across the region through the existing NJ Wealth Network Partners. Recruit, onboard, and generate business from new external IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors) and Channel Sales Advisors. Strategy & Execution: Develop, strategize, and implement region-specific sales plans that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Market Intelligence: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and continually enhance sales strategies. B. Team Leadership & Development Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of Unit Managers to ensure performance excellence and capability development. Performance Review: Conduct regular sales reviews to monitor progress and implement corrective actions. C. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both internal stakeholders and external distribution partners/IFAs. Education & Awareness: Organize and conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and investor awareness programs to strengthen product knowledge (especially on Factor/Rule-based Investment philosophy) and sales effectiveness. D. Compliance & Governance Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards in every sales and distribution activity. Eligibility: Any Masters’ graduate with minimum 10 yrs of experience in sales of Mutual Funds / PMS and handling the team of IFAs / Channel Sales is preferred.
