About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Senior Business Development Executive
to support the growth and expansion of our offerings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify potential clients in the regional market, talking to the business owners and key decision maker of the marketing expense of organization.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
3. Market Research & Strategy: - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs of the advertising and marketing by the regional businesses.- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.- Stay updated on domain specific regulations, technologies, and industry advancements.
4. Sales Support: -- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve your individual and team revenue targets.- Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM tools.5. Collaboration:- You should be having collaborative approach with the internal teams to meet your monthly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and processes.Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass communication, or a related field.- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Preferred Skills:- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.- Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.- Excellent communication, Good Personality, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
