Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for fostering new business relationships, generating leads, and managing client accounts effectively.

1) Senior Executive -

CRM/

Client Relationship ManagementCTC: 4-4.5 lpa Fixed plus IncentivesResponsibilitiesCollection from existing clientsRetentionUp-sell, Cross-sell experienceProficient in EnglishB2C client handlingInteract with existing customers and make follow-up callsInteraction with customers via Emails & over the phone.Updating the existing customers on ongoing projects.

2) Admission Counsellor/Senior Admission CounsellorCTC: 4-4.5 lpa Fixed plus IncentivesResponsibilitiesNew Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Communication skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in sales and business developmentPrevious experience in the education sector is a plusContact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).Converting the leads via Outbound callsExplaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospectsUse product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)Strong listening and presentation skillsClose sales and achieve monthly quotasUse database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospectsMaintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfiedAttend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings

Outbound Sales requirements and qualificationsPrevious working experience as an Admission

Counsellor /Outbound SalesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsActive listening skills & confident and soft-spoken.Prompt problem-solving & decision-making skills.Adaptability and accountability
