Job Description:
The Sr. Sales Executive plays a key role in the Business Sales/Development process.
The position is the primary contact for all face-to-face or using technology and network, proactive sales efforts.
Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with client companies/VMO/MSP/Implementation partners.
In this role you will research, identify and make introductory calls to prospects on behalf of our contract services division. Your goal is to build long-term partnerships with companies by either visiting them or connecting with them using technology, delivering sales presentations, gaining an understanding of their staffing requirements and working with a team of recruiters to refer appropriate candidates for open searches:
- Develop/maintain customer relationships.- Cold call with established client lists.- Manage the sales cycle and close business deals independently.- Uncover new revenue opportunities and deploy resources as appropriate.- Prepare and present effective proposals.- Develop sales plans.- Understand strategic direction and sales implementation processes.- Understand/manage client's business: strategies and business issues.- Demonstrate business acumen.
Requirements
- Sales and Account Management.- Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry.- Salesperson from a competitive environment desired.- Understanding of the End-To-End Sales Processes.
