  2. Job Description

    As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and developing positive working relationships with clients at senior levels.


    You will drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction while overseeing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.


    You will use your knowledge and skills to push clients, internal teams, and vendors in the most productive direction.


    You will partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.


  3. Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:


    1. Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with clients at senior levels
    2. Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
    3. Oversee campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
    4. Use your knowledge and skills to push clients, internal teams, and vendors in the most productive direction
    5. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
    6. Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of social media campaigns and their success
    7. Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance, and profitability
    8. Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
    9. Manage team's work flow and load
    10. Ensure timely team reviews and OKRs
    11. Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal and professional development
    12. Work closely with the management to think through the brief, the insight, the approach, and the strategy for new business development
    13. Develop social media page strategies to increase user engagement on brands' channels
    14. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
    15. Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained and make relevant changes in strategy to maximize impact and meet set KPI

  4. Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:


    1. Well-versed with India's digital content trends and creators
    2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
    3. Experience in having worked with youth-centric brands and managing their social media pages
    4. Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators
    5. Experience in managing teams
    6. Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
    7. Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams

  5. About the Role

    We are looking for an individual with 8 to 9 years of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan, & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/influencers.
