Position Title: Manager Business Development
Division: Chemicals
Location: Kandivali
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Director Operations

Experience Required

  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Business Development within the Aluminum Industry.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts in the Surface Treatment & Anodizing sector.
  • Strong exposure to anodizing market segments, client acquisition, and business expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aluminum industry value chain, standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets in the Anodizing segment.
  • Lead end-to-end sales initiatives and business development activities across India.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through focused client engagement.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and product supply.
  • Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and surveys in aluminum anodizing to map opportunities and assess trends.
  • Identify emerging applications in automotive, aerospace, architectural, and consumer electronics industries.
  • Develop sector-specific business strategies to penetrate targeted industries (OEMs, Aerospace, Architecture, Electronics).
  • Analyze competitor landscape in anodizing chemicals, processes, and equipment.
  • Formulate strategic plans for product portfolio expansion and long-term market growth
