b) Attend Incoming Chats – guide consumers to book tickets

c) Check Emails and call consumers for booking tickets

d) Follow-Up with consumers time-to-time

e) Send Quotation over WhatsApp

Mandatory skills:

Strong Communication, Convincing skills, go-getter, Target-Achiever.
