Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will proactively generate leads, engage prospective tenants or landlords, and support closing of leasing deals, focusing on expanding the company's leasing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients for leasing opportunities through cold-calling, digital outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with CFOs and CEOs for leasing opportunities
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote asset leasing.
  • Present leasing solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
  • Arrange meetings between clients and internal teams.
  • Support negotiation of basic lease terms under manager supervision.
  • Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM/sales management tools.
  • Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and agents.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and required documentation for prospective clients.
  • Track and report on activity, leads, conversions, and market trends as directed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–4 years' experience in sales/business development, ideally in leasing/real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and target-driven with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and basic office software.
