Job Title: Manager – Key Account Management (Sales – Automotive Industry / FST) Location: Pune Experience: 12+ Years Role Overview Manager – Key Account Management (Sales – Automotive Industry / FST) is responsible for driving customer strategy, managing key OEM accounts, and expanding business opportunities within the automotive segment. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, particularly within the Mahindra , ensuring alignment between customer goals and FST’s business objectives. The position combines strategic account management, front-end technical sales, and business development, contributing to FST’s growth, innovation, and e-mobility transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1) Responsible for managing OEM based sales for Automotive segment. 2) Handling Front end Sales to Automotive Industry segment (Mahindra Focused). 3) Devising and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales objectives. 4) Engage in new customer development and builds excellent client relationship with existing customers. 5) Responsible for tracking customer information, pipelines, forecasts, and reports. 6) Responsible for all new RFQ and costing of product. 7) Prepare the Sales MIS & presentation for the customers for the new business. 8) Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled. 9) Tracking sales in accordance with budget, analyse for any variance, market share evaluation w.r.t specific models of OEMs and w.r.t competitors. · KAM sales.
