Function/ Department: Customer Experience
Job Purpose:
The role bearer will help the company to enable customers, partners and other stakeholders address their needs for query resolution and also help as brand ambassadors for the company Drive all the initiatives in the Customer contact centre.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Productivity
2. Maintaining Service Quality
3. Average Handling Time
4. First Contact Resolution
5. Maintaining TAT for all customer requests
6. Channel Migration to alternate channels.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
