Responsibilities

  • Increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospital services.
  • Establish and maintain strong referral networks with General Practitioners, Doctors, PSU, MNCs, and Corporate organizations to generate leads.
  • Organize and participate in doctors meetings, CMEs, and other medical outreach initiatives.
  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential customers and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
  • Monitor, track, and report on all generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain and update a monthly sales/marketing database for tracking performance and opportunities.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

Skills Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharma/healthcare sector.
  • Strong expertise in referral marketing and networking with general practitioners and healthcare professionals.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into increased patient visits.
  • Good knowledge of sales management and marketing strategy development.
  • Proficient in maintaining and using sales databases for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Traveling Allowance will be provided.
