Roles and Responsibility
Handling sales requirements by contacting prospects/leads both by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements
- Inform them about our products / services or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database / CRM.
- Support the order processing where necessary.
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
- Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Responsible to generate revenues
- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
- Share the details with the team lead/management; provide suggestions from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- Proven experience as a Telesales / Sales Representative or Sales/Business Executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and other basic computer skills (incl. MS Office)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Skills
Cold calling, good communication, basic computer knowledge / proficiency, well organized, ethical, time management, work planning, desire to achieve.
