Roles and Responsibility

Handling sales requirements by contacting prospects/leads both by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements

  • Inform them about our products / services or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database / CRM.
  • Support the order processing where necessary.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
  • Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Responsible to generate revenues

  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
  • Share the details with the team lead/management; provide suggestions from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Proven experience as a Telesales / Sales Representative or Sales/Business Executive role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and other basic computer skills (incl. MS Office)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Cold calling, good communication, basic computer knowledge / proficiency, well organized, ethical, time management, work planning, desire to achieve.
