Role & responsibilities

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities including documentation, background checks, and induction scheduling.
  • Conduct and manage orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Set up employee profiles in HRMS systems.
  • Collaborate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and system access.

Background Verification (BGV):

  • Initiate and monitor BGV process through third-party vendors.
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of verification.
  • Escalate discrepancies and coordinate with hiring managers for resolution.

Exit Management:

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement coordination.
  • Ensure proper documentation and system updates (deactivation, record-keeping).
  • Analyze exit trends and generate attrition reports.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain and analyze HR data including headcount, attrition, onboarding/exit metrics, and BGV status.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support HR audits and data requests from compliance or management.
