Post : HR Manager
Location : Sakinaka. Andheri E, Mumbai
Experience : 2 Years (Core HR Functions)
Qualification: Graduate / Masters in HRM / HR Specialization / IR
Salary : Upto 7 LPA
Weekly off : Saturday and Sunday

Job Profile

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist management in creating performance dashboards and productivity metrics.
  • Monitor timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports by staff.

Skills

  • Must have experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance traditional HR responsibilities with productivity and process-monitoring tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HRMS software will be an advantage.
