JobDescription &Requirements:

Purpose ofthe Role :


Responsible for providing operational support to theCompany. To closely monitor and coordination with
corporate team. The person will supervise the development andimplementation of new projects in the
Renewable Energyspace of the Company and its Project SPVs. He will report to theSenior Management
and will directly assist in allstrategic and tactical matters related to project developmentand
implementation


Key Result Areas:


Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achievethe Company's mission
Oversee the management allproject implementation activities and coordination with SiteManagers
and EPC Contractors including preparation ofproject monitoring reports
Oversight follow up ofconstruction & erection activities to ensure constructionas per time cost
quality & safetystandards
Estimate the cost and time for works (vianegotiation between OEM suppliers vendors/subcontracts
etc.) and provide as inputs
Develop and maintain systemsof internal controls to safeguard project assets of theorganization &
Project SPVs
Oversightof all activities including engineering inward inspection erection& commissioning and
monitoring of contractorperformance for project & subcontractors
Ensurecompliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements ProjectImplementation and
maintenance of requisitedocumentation


Must have :
Should haveworked for atleast 1825 years on the full cycle of Renewable EnergyProjects of at least
200 MW Inception tocommissioning
Experience in handling Contractors andmanaging ROW issues
Knowledge of government policies andregulatory framework in the Power sector
Communicateeffectively in both written and verbal form
