The Head of Project Controls must haveexcellent interpersonal leadership and
communicationskills. They should have a deep understanding of projectmanagement
methodologies and tools and a strongbackground in risk analysis cost engineering and
scheduling. Being highly organised and detailoriented they canprioritise tasks manage
budgets and resources and ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements :
Post graduate or Masters degree inconstruction / project management minimum twenty
(20)years of experience in managing EPC projects specifically in thedomain of project
controls OR Bachelors degree inEngineering Construction Management and twenty two
(2225) years experience.
PMP PMISP CCP or CPECertifications are desirable. 6 years of experience in aleadership
role in project controls in large EPCorganizations.
Strong understanding of Primavera andwith overall planning process and best practice on
industrial or large projects. Must have exposure to resourceleveling in Primavera.
Proven experience of managing ateam size of 25 or more professionals.
Must possessexcellent team building listening problemsolving and prioritizationskills.
Positive attitude Leadership ability andStakeholder management skills.
Proven experience onmanaging project controls on multibilliondollar project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel powerpoint andOutlook
Strong communication skills both verbal andwritten.
Strong analytical skills
Ability tomultitask in a high paced project environment
Experiencewith ERP systems SAP EDMS EcoSys / Omega365 and Acumen Fuse ispreferred.
Understanding of accounting / financefunctions and systems
Experience with cost controlincluding project estimating forecasting and costmanagement
including reporting.
Experience insetting up monitoring controlling and forecasting the quantitybasedfield
progress measurement system (FPMS)
Construction experience with an ability to maintain awareness ofoccupational hazards and
safety precautions in aconstruction environment.
