Long Description Job Summary
The Section head is fully responsible and accountable forsound section operations. The role focuses on leading section salesteam in alignment with business strategies in which all areresponsible for providing customers with high level of services.Major focus of Section Head in driving sales and profitability tomeet preset section targets. The Group Section Head is totallyresponsible for providing friendly work environment and ensuressection employees development through coaching and mentoring.
Job Responsibilities
Sales

Manages and leads staff in achieving sections targets
Drives sections sales activities to achieve targets incash credit warranties & accessories
Ensuresproper implementation of promotional activities to support highersales results
Ensures adequate involvement of sectionteam in analyzing sales data to maximize business results
Follows up with sales associates on section &individual achievements
Assists sales staff in completingdifficult sales transactions

Customer Service

Provides exceptional customer service andensures sales associates also provide the same level of service.
Handles and follows on section customers complaints andinquires;
Interacts with section customers to ensure thequality of services provided.
Ensures reviewing sectionsCSI results and takes necessary actions

Operations

Plans and prepares work schedulesand assigns sections employees to specific duties manages breakperiods working hours sick leaves and vacations;
Inspectssection merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed
Requests and suggests sections product range/variety andmaintain stock levels
Ensures full implementation ofmerchandise planogram display saleable as per merchandiseguidelines at section level
Secures section merchandiseby implementing security systems and measures.
Reports toStore Manager on section operations performance and resources
Ensures all sections activities in alignment withorganizational policies & procedures.
Maintainssections cost control measures in alignment with businessobjectives.
Ensures sections adequate level ofmerchandise and supplies through coordination with relevantdepartments
Ensures sending sections perpetual count tostore manager on monthly bases
Maintains adequatesections manpower according to budget
Conducting yearlyappraisals and performance reviews with development plans forsection employees
Conduct sections checklist
Provides constant coaching mentoring and training for allsection staff
Ensures providing safe & securedwork environment at section level
Ensures soundhousekeeping at section level
Ensures section employeeawareness of safety and emergency procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Trainssection staff on store policies department procedures and jobduties;
Leads section employees engaged in salesactivities and conducting of inventories
Ensurescompliance of section employees with established location securitysales cleanliness and record keeping procedures and systems;
Monitors and evaluates section staff performance andtraining needs;
Develops inspires motivates and providescoaching and mentoring to section staff;
Ensures sectionemployees commitment to organizational objectives.

CandidateRequirements:
2 years of experience
Good English language
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
