We are seekinga dynamic and experienced QA Head to join our team in Bangalore. KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseeand manage the entire quality assurance department ensuring thatall products meet the companys high standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes andprocedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areasfor improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards andregulations.
  • Lead a team of QA professionalsproviding guidance training and support to ensure high performanceand professional growth.
  • Collaborate withproduction design and other departments to address quality issuesand implement effective solutions.
  • Maintainuptodate knowledge of industry trends standards and regulations toensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends rootcauses of issues and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on qualityperformance to senior management.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance product qualityreduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers and customers to ensure quality expectations aremet.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering QualityManagement or a related field.
  • Minimum of 810years of experience in quality assurance with at least 3 years in aleadership role within the printing and packagingindustry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality controlmethodologies tools and techniques.
  • Provenexperience in developing and implementing quality managementsystems.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolvingand decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong leadershipand team management abilities.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software andtools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards andregulations.
  • Certification in qualitymanagement (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) is a plus.
