Mainpurpose of the Job : To oversee all activities relating toQA

Primary Responsibility:
1.Ensuring Implement and maintain the quality system at Machine shopunit.
2. To organize quarterly management review meetingalong with president for reviewing the plant
performanceand to highlight inadequacies in the quality system
3.TO liaise with external bodies related to quality system
4. Ensuring standardization for all the departments.
5.Ensuring Inspection system throughout the plant.
6.Customer complaints & analysis &rectification
7. Developing skill matrix acrossdepartment workforce & systematic taring as per needTraining of
Staff
8. Ensuring Improvement ofquality at all stages.
9. Ensuring auditing of processand procedures
10. Ensuring productivity of items underdevelopment.
11. Right first time during trailstage.
12. Ensuring to achieve PPM level.
13.Ensuring Cost control projects.
14. Ensuring ISO/TSimplementation & practicing
15. Ensurediscipline and reduction overtime rate and absenteeism
16. Ensuring zero accident and ensure safety ofemployees
17. Ensuring Kaizen project
18.Ensuring 5's activity to keep place conducive towork
19. Ensuring reduction of reworkmouil/core/casting
20. Ensuring Improvement ofproduction though continual improvement in process
21.Ensuring process and casting rejection below as perbudget
22. Ensuring CDLs is monitored weekly and monthlybasis
