The idealcandidate will have a proven track record of over 15 years inquality management specifically within the apparel sector. Thisrole requires a strategic leader who can implement and maintain thehighest quality standards across all aspects of our productionprocess.1.StrategicLeadership: Develop andimplement quality assurance strategies policies andprocedures. Ensurealignment of quality initiatives with overall businessgoals. Lead andmentor the quality assurance team fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.2.QualityManagement: Oversee allquality control processes from raw material inspection to finishedproduct evaluation.Establish and maintain quality standards and specifications for allproducts. Ensurecompliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g. ISOAQL).3.ProcessImprovement: Identify areasfor process improvement and implement correctiveactions. Utilizedatadriven approaches to monitor and enhance productquality. Driveinitiatives to reduce defects and improve productionefficiency.4.SupplierManagement:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet qualitystandards. Conductregular supplier audits andassessments. Workclosely with the procurement team to resolve qualityissues.5.Training andDevelopment: Develop anddeliver training programs for quality assurancepersonnel. Stayupdated with the latest industry trends and best practices inquality management.Promote a qualitycentric mindset across theorganization.QualificationsBachelors degree in fashion design textile engineering or relatedfield prefer from NIFT Pearl Academy orequivalent 15 yearsof experience in quality controlmanagement. Strongunderstanding of garment construction and productionprocesses. Abilityto work independently and be handson with productionteams. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to work effectively withboth internal teams and externalpartners.Willingness to travel extensively to partner garment factories toconduct audits and ensure quality control standards aremet.
