The Enterprise Sales Manager at Recykal will play a critical role in driving B2B sales growth, cultivating relationships with key enterprise clients, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our footprint in the sustainability and waste management ecosystem. This individual will focus on identifying and closing high-value opportunities, particularly in sectors such as FMCG, electronics, fertilizers, and beverages. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Execution :
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the enterprise segment.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Recykal’s solutions to enterprise customers.
Business Development :
Identify new enterprise prospects and build a robust pipeline through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Expand the client base by targeting high-value customers in key industries.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Sales Performance :
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving growth and profitability.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to leadership.
Market Insight and Strategy :
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
Compliance and Expertise :
Guide enterprise clients on compliance with regulations such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
Serve as a subject-matter expert on Recykal’s solutions and their alignment with client sustainability goals.
Qualifications and Skills
7+ years in enterprise sales or key account management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or sustainability-driven industries.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Strong experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis.
Familiarity with sustainability, waste management, or EPR regulations is highly desirable.
