The client is in the Healthcare/Hospital sector and is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Sales Lead for their team at Clayworks Create, Bannerghatta Rd.

(a) Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Acquisition:

● Proactively identify and pursue potential corporate clients through strategic outreach and thorough market analysis.● Leverage industry contacts and network with C-suite executives and HR leaders to establish connections and build trust.● Align client's offerings with the unique culture and vision of prospective client companies, emphasizing the positive impact on employee health, happiness, and productivity.

Engagement and Presentation:

● Share the client story with enthusiasm, delivering impactful presentations and leading engaging discussions during corporate interactions.● Understand the specific needs of each company, tailoring wellness packages to ensure client aligns seamlessly with their culture and vision.

Negotiation and Relationship Building:

● Negotiate win-win agreements that secure long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth.● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring the continued success of wellness programs.● Collaborate with internal teams to implement customized solutions and address specific client requirements.

● Number of Corporate Partnerships Established● Revenue Generated from Corporate Sales● Client Satisfaction Scores● Number of Successfully Implemented Custom Wellness Packages

Qualifications:

● 6-8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare or wellness, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and securing high-value partnerships.● Demonstrated success in managing and growing accounts of large corporations, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.● Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients in the healthcare or wellness industry.● Experience developing and implementing customized solutions for diverse corporate clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges related to employee health and well-being.● Established network and contacts with C-suite executives and HR leaders.● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling and persuasive manner.● Navigate complex contracts, anticipate roadblocks, and create win-win agreements that fuel sustainable growth.● In-depth understanding of corporate wellness trends, industry dynamics, and the needs of large enterprises.● Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
