Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Store Operations & Compliance
- Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation in stores.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all stores.
- Implement customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
- Ensure brand guidelines and store aesthetics are consistently maintained.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and competitor analysis.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28, ₹40,000.00 per month
