Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Store Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation in stores.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all stores.
  • Implement customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and store aesthetics are consistently maintained.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹40,000.00 per month
