Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
  • Handle distributor, wholesaler, and retailer networks specifically for Basmati Rice products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, channel partners, and key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive strategies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure timely collections and resolve distributor/retailer issues.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Basmati Rice sales or related Agri/FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of distributor/dealer network management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
