Experience in leading and managing a team and identifying key markets and the types of hotels that would complement our current product offerings and revenue growth.Maintain key accounts (e.g. Hotels, Top Seller Hotels in the respective market, etc.) by conducting a weekly competitive analysis for key markets, reporting findings, and making adjustments to monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and market's progress toward weekly, and monthly and annual targets, provide educational seminars, take advantage of merchandising advertising opportunities, identify growth opportunities, initiate annual contract renewal process for larger accounts.

You are Responsible forGrooming and training the team to achieve the assigned targets and grow the net revenue of the market by producing business plans to achieve revenue goals, participating in weekly market review meetings, and analyzing weekly reports. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management and driving sustainable performance in the region. This role requires traveling to different cities within the portfolio, providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on industry best practices to hotel partners. Moreover, the candidate will oversee Business Development Teams, ensuring both collective and individual targets are met.
