Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a large team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily call Centre operations and ensure high performance in lead conversion and customer handling.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, sales training, and performance coaching.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies, process improvement, and campaign planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and quality standards.
  • Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage large sales teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and sales analytics.

Team Management:

  • Train and mentor, the sales team to improve performance.
  • Set individual and team targets, and monitor performance through KPIs.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales metrics and performance.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 years of experience in outbound tele sales.
