Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a large team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily call Centre operations and ensure high performance in lead conversion and customer handling.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular team reviews, sales training, and performance coaching.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies, process improvement, and campaign planning.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and quality standards.
- Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage large sales teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and sales analytics.
Team Management:
- Train and mentor, the sales team to improve performance.
- Set individual and team targets, and monitor performance through KPIs.
Sales Operations:
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales metrics and performance.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 years of experience in outbound tele sales.
