Aakash Education Services Ltd :- We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Sales/ Operations Manager to lead our outbound sales/telesales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of team leaders and agents, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirement:

  1. Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)

  2. Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of outbound sales activities.

  3. Lead and guide 4 Team Leaders in managing their respective teams of Counselors effectively.

  4. Monitor team KPIs including call volume, lead conversions, attendance, and revenue targets.

  5. Conduct regular team reviews, huddles, training, and coaching sessions to enhance performance.

  6. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

  7. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for senior management.

  8. Drive energy and engagement across the floor to maintain a high-performing sales culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4 Team Leaders and 80 Telecallers

  2. Drive outbound sales campaigns focused on lead conversion & upselling.

  3. Plan and implement effective floor strategies to maximize productivity

  4. Review and analyze team performance on KPIs such as conversion, quality, and attendance.

  5. Regular floor walk to provide real-time coaching and feedback

  6. Conduct daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews with TLs.

  7. Deliver regular reports to senior management with data-driven insights and improvement plans

Educational Qualification: Graduate & Above

Industry: Education / Teaching / Training/ BPO/Ecommerce

Previous Role: Prior experience in Education/Insurance/BPO outbound sales is a strong plus.
