About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven experience in sales strategy, and a deep understanding of distribution networks, particularly in the agribusiness, fresh produce, or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

· Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to shape strategy.

· Oversee forecasting, reporting, and budgeting to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

· years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

· Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or fresh produce sales will be a strong advantage.
