Director of Sales

- Responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in the Sales department
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while focusing on the Organization’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Function as a strategic business leader of the property's sales and develop sales goals and ensure alignment with brand business strategies.
- Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.
- Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors changes.
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Hospitality.
- Self driven individual with a proactive and positive approach to change.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly Responsible and reliable
- Displays high levels of flexibility, initiatives, sincerity, leadership and team work.
