We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across the USA, Europe, and APAC regions. This strategic role is crucial for driving our inside sales and lead generation efforts, developing, and executing outbound sales strategies, and building a robust pipeline of new enterprise clients globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: Qualify leads comprehensively, driving revenue growth through lead identification, conversion, and securing opportunities valued at USD 100,000 or above. Utilize your proven track record and solid rolodex to close new business opportunities.
  • Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead the inside sales team, guiding them in the development and execution of strategies for outbound lead generation and new sales. Build, manage, and develop a team of Inside Sales to drive the acquisition of new enterprise clients.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Establish effective workflow processes for international outbound sales, leveraging your experience to optimize sales operations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Work closely with the Demand Generation team, tracking and capitalizing on sales activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Continuously monitor, report on sales activities, and provide regular updates to the management team via CRM systems and other reporting tools.


Required Qualifications and Experience:


  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas and targets.
  • Expertise in selling to small and mid-sized businesses and experience in developing sales plans and reseller channels.
  • A good understanding of channel partner models (such as AWS, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience in managing sales teams, participating in tradeshows, and lead generation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US, EU, Middle East) and no issues with traveling.
  • Must relocate to Kolkata for the initial 3 months and then spend 25% of their time in the city thereafter. Accommodation will be provided.
