Role- Manager - partnerships and alliances


Location- Gurgaon, Haryana


Compensation Structure - 5 LPA - 7 LPA


Roles and Responsibilities-


Revenue Growth and Business Development

  • Contribute to PickMyWork’s revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on partnership opportunities.
  • Reach out to clients and publishers to establish relationships.
  • Assess performance metrics and identify bottlenecks in lead closing to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Achieve allocated targets, focusing on lead funnel metrics and conversion rates.
  • Translate the strategic agenda into clear business development (BD) plans with objective target setting.
  • Collaborate with PickMyWork’s founders for regular and accurate reporting on BD activities.


Team Management and Leadership Support

  • Recruit, support, manage, and develop high-performing teams as required to achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish systems for effective data usage and develop tracking metrics to ensure high-quality client lead delivery.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team, presenting challenges and opportunities.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with all senior leaders within PickMyWork to align the organization’s mission, principles, and practices across teams.
  • Foster collaboration to ensure alignment and collective success.
