Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals to drive growth and increase market share.- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as needed.- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.- Content Strategy: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and more.- Data Analysis: Use analytics and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.- Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee company events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Experience working in Electronics industry marketing is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
