Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the property segment.Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve company sales targets.Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with clients.Oversee marketing efforts, including brand management and corporate communications.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the real estate development industry.Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals.Prepare sales and marketing reports for senior management.Participate in industry events, networking and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Sales & Marketing should have:
At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the residential property and real estate development sector.Must be based in Bangalore with a deep understanding of the local market.
