Role & responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of all locations within the region, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Leading and motivating regional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Formulating and executing regional operational plans, aligning with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Identifying areas for process optimization, implementing improvements, and driving efficiency.
  • Establishing and managing the regional operations budget, focusing on cost reduction and continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting performance reviews, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, planning, and managing operational policies and strategies in a given region
  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of various projects within the region.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for regional teams to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements
  • Ensuring quality standards are met across all locations within the region.
  • Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals
  • Manage large budgets and be accountable for them.
  • Ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.

Skills, Culture and Experience:

  • Prior Project Management experience in the deployment of project solutions for customers environments.
  • Has leadership skills and experience working with project teams and account teams.
  • Team player, collaborator, and self-starter.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Time and Task Management - ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
