1. Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations across the assigned West region.
  • Ensure smooth fleet utilization, driver deployment, and on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor EV fleet performance (range, charging, downtime, etc.) and optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with charging infrastructure teams for uninterrupted operations.

2. Business & Customer Management

  • Drive regional KPIs SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure service excellence.

3. People & Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage regional crew (drivers, fleet supervisors, and support staff).
  • Recruit, train, and retain talent in alignment with business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational policies.

4. Financial & Compliance

  • Monitor and control regional operating costs and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

5. Strategic Growth

  • Support expansion initiatives in the West region.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation in EV logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Tech, and Business Development) for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (EV fleet management preferred).
  • Ability to lead large teams across multiple locations.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
  • 12 years+ of experience in logistics/transport operations, with at least 35 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Experience in EV logistics / last-mile delivery operations preferred.

Working days - Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
