Role model and champion the right approach with sales best practices and processes such as (but not limited to) CRM utilization.12. Proactively embed the use of the CRM (Salesforce) in day-to-day sales functions and consistently follow sales best practices and processes.13. Collaborate with internal departments to offer clients the highest service levels and customer-oriented solutions.14. Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.15. Skills Required
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM) Experience (Preferable)• Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Support role or with equivalent experience• Proven experience across the range of Pre- Sales functions stated in the primary job purpose and description of tasks• Experience of Pre sales in a health, safety & environmental related industry (Preferable)• Experience of managing sales related projects , Project management experience (Preferable)• Experience in contributing to the sale of professional services (services industries) with an emphasis on consultative selling•Excellent leadership & people management skills. Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team• Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset and has an aggressive (business growth focused) go- getter attitude• Excellent verbal and written communication, accurate grammar is essential• Ability to coach and train team members• Experience of supporting or coordinating with different teams in project delivery• Comprehensive understanding and experience of contributing to the sales cycle (new business &existing accounts)• Ability to take judgements / make decisions based on good commercial awareness• Expertise with MS Office solutions: PPT | Word | Excel• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work to and exceed targets and meet deadlines• Accredited qualification, preferably in a business-related subject
